Welcome to our little farm! My name is Stacie, and my husband Aaron and I are the proud owners of Vinchattle Farmstead. Our story begins in the summer of 2022. After 23 years as a teacher and high school counselor, I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. This diagnosis led me to end a career in education and focus on my health. I began researching the food I ate and the products I used on my body. I made a pact to myself that I would try to make as many of my own products, raise my own healthy chickens, and focus on natural herbs that I grow from home. My mission for Vinchattle Farmstead is to remain small, and provide a “farm to table” product to family, friends, and others in our northern Colorado community (especially my educator comrades). As I venture on this new chapter I invite you to join me.
